We are seeking caring, committed and dynamic individuals for the following positions:


AmeriCorps Worker- Dubois Office
This is an AmeriCorps position which will provide ongoing training in our Alpha/PR Program in our Dubois office and will assist in addressing the barrier between the community and mental health consumers as a result of the stigma associated with mental illnesses. The position will work to connect the community and mental health consumers through various activities including but not limited to community events, agency events and obtaining community donations to support the program. Position requires a minimum of a Bachelors Degree in psychology, social work or counseling Current clearances required. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in the psychology field. Stipend, health benefits, child care benefits and educational stipend.

Part-time Therapist – Indiana Alpha Program
Position requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited college or university. Position requires conducting group psychotherapy with children and adolescents, completing all appropriate documentation and consultation with other team members regarding clinical care and policies/procedures. Therapist must attend all mandated trainings. Current Clearances required.

Financial Analyst – Indiana Office
Prepare, analyze and present recurring monthly financial reports using historical data gathered from the General Leger, the Electronic Medical Record and other software programs as necessary. Prepare, analyze and present ad-hoc, historical and projected “What If” financial reports on an as needed basis determined by management. Assist in preparing the monthly financial statements and analyzing variances, prepare, analyze and present the monthly volume reports. Assist in preparing for the annual financial and pension audits. Assists in preparation of the annual operating and capital budgets. Qualifications include above average computer skills, post high school degree in accounting as well as prior work experience. Current clearances required.

Sign Language Interpreter
Internship or volunteer opportunity available at the Community Guidance Center. We are a community mental health facility located in Indiana, Pa and provide direct care to individuals who experience mental health symptoms. The appropriate candidate would be fluent with sign language and communicate with deaf individuals and staff to assist in engaging in their treatment.

Revenue Cycle Specialist
Maintain general ledger for all programs which involves determining appropriate journal entries, monitoring accounts, reconciling accounts. Ensure that books are closed by target dates established by the Controller. Prepare audit schedules and assist with annual audit. Assist with annual budgets for all programs. Input client data into computer and generate billing invoices for multiple programs and multiple insurance companies. Contact insurance companies regarding rejections, patient coverage, and authorizations pertaining to mental health services. Monitor all reimbursement rates from insurance companies for accuracy and compare to fee schedule. PA Criminal, Child Abuse and FBI Clearances required.

Base Service Unit Secretary
The BSU Secretary is responsible for processing all new consumers who are requesting to start treatment at the Community Guidance Center or within the County system. This individual is responsible for processing all of the opening paperwork and maintaining treatment records. This individual must possess an eye for detail and professionalism. This individual also should possess competency in the areas of organization, computer skills and communication. Current clearances are required.
