We are seeking caring, committed and dynamic individuals for the following positions:

 

Case Management Director
This full time exempt position directly supervises the Indiana BCM/RC staff as well as oversees the Supervisor for the Clearfield/Jefferson area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for hiring, staff evaluations and budgets as well as developing and administering departmental policies and operating procedures to ensure compliance with program standards and regulations. Qualifications: Applicants may possess a Master’s degree in a human service field and three years mental health direct care experience or a Bachelor’s degree in human service field and have five years mental health direct care experience. All applicants must have two years supervisory experience. Current Clearances and clean driving record required.

Family Base – BA level therapist (Indiana)
Full-time Family Based Outreach Therapist needed to work with children who have behavioral and emotional issues and their families. Qualifications include Bachelors degree in human services related field or mental health professional certification from the state, experience in family systems, and one year experience working with children and experience in the CASSP system. Current clearances required.

CASE MANAGER
Energetic individual with a positive, strength based perspective needed to help adults with mental illness accomplish their goals in the Clearfield and Jefferson Counties.  The position includes on call responsibilities.  Bachelor’s degree in a social services related field, clean driving record, Act 33, 34 & FBI clearances, and ability to work a flexible schedule required

 FINANCIAL ANALYST – Indiana office
Prepare, analyze and present recurring monthly financial reports using historical data gathered from the General Leger, the Electronic Medical Record and other software programs as necessary. Prepare, analyze and present ad-hoc, historical and projected “What-If” financial reports on an as needed basis determined by management.  Assist in preparing the monthly financial statements and analyzing variances, prepare, analyze and present the monthly volume reports.  Assist in preparing for the annual financial and pension audits.  Assists in preparation of the annual operating and capital budgets.  Qualifications include above average computer skills, post high school degree in accounting as well as prior work experience.  Current clearances required.

AmeriCorps Worker
This is an AmeriCorps position which will provide ongoing training in the Psych Rehab and Adult Partial Hospitalization Program and will assist in addressing the barrier between the community and mental health consumers as a result of the stigma associated with mental illnesses. The position will work to connect the community and mental health consumers through various activities including but not limited to community events, agency events and obtaining community donations to support the program. Position requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, social work or counseling. Current clearances required. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in the psychology field. Stipend, health benefits, child care benefits and educational stipend.

AmeriCorps Worker

CASE MANAGEMENT SUPERVISOR
Individual needed to provide supervision to Case Managers in Clearfield/Jefferson Counties and is based in our Dubois office. Position is responsible for the day to day operation of the case management and resource coordination programs, and will develop and maintain contact with representatives of community agencies as well as with mental health consumers and their families. Individual must be able to multi-task and prioritize job responsibilities. Includes carrying caseload as needed. Bachelor’s degree in a human services related field and five years mental health direct care experience along with supervisory experience required. Master’s degree in a human services related field and three years mental health direct care experience preferred. Current clearances and clean driving required.

Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Full-time LCSW needed to provide therapy in the Punxsutawney Outpatient Department to cover for Medicare consumers. Current Pennsylvania License and Clearances required.
