We are seeking caring, committed and dynamic individuals for the following positions:


Psych Rehab Worker Substitute
Substitute/Casual Psych Rehab Worker position available in Clearfield and DuBois offices. Duties include, but not limited to, facilitate psychiatric rehabilitation groups, plan and prepare materials, and complete all necessary documentation for consumers involved in Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in human services related field, current Clearances and a clean 3 year driver’s record. One year of experience working with adults in clinical setting preferred.

Family Based Outreach Therapist

Two full-time Family Based Outreach Therapists are needed to work out of the Indiana office with children who have behavioral and emotional issues and their families. Qualifications include Bachelor’s degree in human services related field or mental health professional certification from the state, experience in family systems, and on year experience working with children and experience in the CASSP system. Current Clearances and a clean 3 year driver’s record required.

Psych Rehab Worker
This is a part time position in the Psychiatric Rehabilitation program located at our Indiana office.  A Bachelor Degree in the human service field is required and a working knowledge of the foundation of a Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program.  The individual would be responsible for group facilitation and documentation, initial assessments to enroll new members into the program, tracking and managing a caseload.  Clearances and a clean 3 year driver’s record required.  One year of experience working with adults in a clinical setting preferred.

Case Management Director

This full time exempt position directly supervises the Indiana BCM/RC staff as well as oversees the Supervisor for the Clearfield/Jefferson area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for hiring, staff evaluations and budgets as well as developing and administering departmental policies and operating procedures to ensure compliance with program standards and regulations.Qualifications: Applicants may possess a Master’s degree in a human service field and three years mental health direct care experience or a Bachelor’s degree in human service field and have five years mental health direct care experience. All applicants must have two years supervisory experience. Current Clearances and clean driving record required.
